Weaver Hollow Brewery

When I tasted the delicious farm-ale saisons my friend was brewing in his parents’ basement, I was more than happy to use my evenings and weekends to help him build his beer brand. The result was a design that fit his minimalistic aesthetic but was expansive enough to capture all the limited runs and micro batches he planned on releasing. Now, after a couple of years of selling around well-known craft beer shops and bars in New York City, Weaver Hollow is about to open an eagerly anticipated (amongst beer nerds mostly) tap room in upstate New York.
